David’s goal is to add value to every project, every client, and every relationship.
When he graduated from the University of Minnesota, he used his finance degree like many young entrepreneurs… he did nothing related to finance and rehabbed houses. Eventually he saw a way to mingle his passion for the construction field with the need for common sense financing of rehab and new construction projects.
David brings an open mind to each project but will ask questions and make suggestions to validate you are making the best decisions to reach yours goals while making sure the financing you have will help you get there.
When not in the office David enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and children or hunting and fishing with family.
Pet is the office black lab Blue.
Although your contact with Sam is usually minimal, she uses her military precision to keep the finances of the company in order as our accountant.
Sam left her position as Financial Analyst with a national builder to join Renovo in 2018 and has been motivated to reorganize the accounting processes for efficiency so clients can receive information requested in real time.
Away from work, Sam’s favorite activities are hunting (upland and waterfowl), fishing, and trying to keep up with her toddler.
Pets are German short hair pointer named Avery and a yellow lab named Reese.
Dave is a valuable part of the Renovo team with insight into construction and property preservation with the ability to foresee both the final project and the obstacles that will need to be overcome.
Starting his own company over ten years ago, Dave has experience in finish carpentry, property rehabs, locksmithing, and property inspections.
Dave’s goal is for our clients to get out of a project what is being put in and will share his honest feedback to make your project more successful.
Pets are German Shepherds named Onyx and Ellie.
Jami loves stories, your business story, the story of the property, the story of the project. Big and small stories and her goal is to help your projects end with a happily ever after.
Leaving 20 years of title and closing in 2016, Jami came to Renovo. During that time, she upgraded processes in every area to create a better experience for our clients, including improving draw times to get funds to clients as quickly as possible.
Outside of the office, Jami reads (one must, after all, make use of one’s English literature major) and runs – runs her daughters to their activities, runs after the dogs, and runs on semi-quiet county roads.
Pets are black/lab Doberman/pit named Veronica and black lab/collie named Rugby.
Blue holds many roles at Renovo. He is the greeter, a calming influence, and an optimistic force for the organization.
Despite his youth, he adds value to any meeting he attends.
Outside of the office, he enjoys hunting (pheasants), long walks, and scavenging for treats.
Pet is a toddler named Eleanor.
